At the initiative of friends from RC Sarajevo International Delta (David King and Michael Meuller), a team from RC Sarajevo was formed for these activities, consisting of Svjetlana Vukmirović, Mehmedalija Sijarić, and Zlatko Čengić.

The purpose of this project is to construct a center that can be used by people with disabilities in the Sarajevo area. The project idea originated from the SUMERO Sarajevo alliance, the most important non-governmental organization in BiH serving people with intellectual disabilities.

The project consists of building a day center that will have a multi-purpose space aimed at improving the quality of life primarily for people with intellectual disabilities. The center will provide rehabilitation, psychosocial, educational, and other professional support services. The center will serve as a unique advisory place where parents/guardians will be able to obtain all necessary information about services available to their loved ones.

The total project budget is approximately 423,000 EUR.
