World Rotary Day marked by gifting newborns in Sarajevo
For Rotary’s 119th anniversary we visited Sarajevo maternity wards at General Hospital "Abdulah Nakaš" and KCUS, gifting babies born on Feb 23 and supporting natality with all Sarajevo clubs.

February 23 is World Rotary Day, and this year we marked it by visiting the maternity wards of the General Hospital “Abdulah Nakaš” in Sarajevo and the KCUS Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics, where we gave gifts to every baby born that day. Similar humanitarian actions took place in all cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina where Rotary clubs operate, as part of a shared effort to celebrate 119 years of the Rotary movement and to support and promote natality. The gifting of babies, coordinated with maternity leadership and under required health measures, was carried out on Saturday as a joint activity of the three Sarajevo clubs: Rotary Club Sarajevo, Rotary Sarajevo-International Delta, and Rotary Club Sarajevo-Ilidža.
