Rotary Club Sarajevo, in partnership with Rotary Club Torino East and RODA, delivered the "Training Young Unemployed People for the Labor Market" program. Twenty-four participants up to 30 years of age from Sarajevo Canton completed modules covering ECDL IT skills, social competencies, business skills based on Xpert PBS standards, and Cambridge English courses, with a strong focus on motivation and confidence building. The project value was 16,847 KM.

The program ran from December 2, 2013 to April 28, 2014, and nine participants secured employment during the training. Certificates were awarded at a ceremony held at RODA in the presence of RC Torino East representatives, including President Giuseppe Perla and 2016/17 District Governor Enrico Raiteri, alongside RC Sarajevo and RODA. The Italian partners expressed their satisfaction and proposed continuing the project with greater funding.
