Sarajevo Feels Better Than Home

Two students from the United States, Sierra Hope Melton and Madison Kerry, are spending the school year at Sarajevo's First Gymnasium through the Rotary Club Sarajevo Youth Exchange program. The club arranged their housing and supports them as they discover Bosnia and Herzegovina's culture.

The exchange helps students build language and social skills while host families and Rotarian friends make sure they feel at home—if not even better.
