During the May 17, 2011 meeting, RC Sarajevo member Goran Žeravčić gave an interactive lecture on “EU Integration and EU Funds” that sparked lively discussion. He emphasized the need to understand how the EU operates, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s current status, and the key challenges ahead.
Topics included the lack of consensus on Bosnia’s political future, outdated public administration, inefficient state structures, opaque EU aid programming, and the country’s low absorption capacity.
