Importance of Public Relations for RC Sarajevo

At the February 21, 2012 meeting, RC Sarajevo member Nazif Hasanbegović spoke about the importance of public relations in promoting the values and results of Rotary. He defined PR and its role in Rotary activities, stressing that the club must communicate more proactively.

Members agreed that RC Sarajevo had underused PR tools despite Rotary International's support. The media coverage of the Rotary fountain opening was cited as a positive example for shaping public perception. Rotaract members attended the talk as well.
