RCS Again Awarded Scholarships to High School Students
Rotary Club Sarajevo signed scholarship agreements with 15 students from partner high schools for 2015/2016.
On October 6, 2015, Rotary Club Sarajevo held a ceremony to sign scholarship agreements with 15 students from its partner high schools. Through the New Generation Services program, scholarships of 100 KM per month are awarded for ten months to students who maintain averages of 4.0 or higher and actively participate in curricular and extracurricular activities.
This year's recipients are Ajša Jašarević, Raifa Malkić, Admir Prljača, Hana Salihović, Nejla Komar, Fatima Mehmedović, Nejra Mujagić, Lamija Kajanija, Avdo Džino, Sena Omerbašić, Norah Bianculli, Devleta Šabić, Sara-Farah Materne, Ena Jusufbegović, and Nejra Topić. RCS president Mirza Ponjavčić presented the club's mission and invited the students to engage with future Rotary initiatives.
